This page explains how the review reply tool handles the review text you submit and the draft replies it creates.

Early access and pricing

The free reply tool is free to use, up to 20 tries a day. The Done for you service is free for the first 2 weeks, then $149 a month. You won’t be charged for anything you haven’t agreed to.

Review text and draft replies

Review text is sent to OpenAI to generate draft replies. Kindly Replied does not store review text or generated replies in the app. OpenAI has its own data handling and retention policy, which is managed separately from Kindly Replied.

Daily usage limit

The free tool allows 20 drafts per day from each internet connection. To count them, we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address and the date, not the address itself. Counts from earlier days are deleted.

Protect patient privacy before pasting

Dental offices should remove patient names and health details before pasting a review. Also remove contact details and dates. Names and other identifying details may not be detected automatically, so check the text yourself before submitting it.

Using generated drafts

Generated replies are suggestions for your review. Check each draft, edit it as needed, and make your own decision before using or posting it.

Free trial requests

When you request a Done for you trial, we keep the name, office name, email, phone number, and message you send so Brady can contact you about the trial. We don’t sell this information or use it for anything else. Email us any time to have it deleted.

Site analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across other sites, and it doesn’t collect anything you type into our forms.

Payments

Subscriptions are paid through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Kindly Replied. We receive your office name, billing email, and payment status so we can run your service.
