For U.S. dental offices

Answer every Google review without revealing who your patients are.

Kindly Replied writes warm, privacy-safe replies to your office’s reviews, so new patients see a practice that pays attention, with every reply written so it doesn’t confirm someone was treated there.

Every review, kindly replied.

Example review

Sarah M.

Dr. Lee fixed my crown the same week I called. I’ve always been nervous at the dentist, but everyone here was so kind.

A typical owner reply

“Thanks so much, Sarah! So glad your crown went smoothly and Dr. Lee could get you in fast.”

  • Uses her name
  • Confirms her treatment
  • Names her dentist

The Kindly Replied version

“Thank you for the kind words! Our whole team works hard to make everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome.”

An example five-star Google review, a typical owner reply that reveals the reviewer is a patient, and the privacy-safe Kindly Replied version.

A friendly reply can still say too much.

Thanking someone by name or mentioning their cleaning feels natural, but it confirms they’re a patient. That’s why so many offices stop replying, and a page of unanswered reviews makes a practice look like nobody’s listening.

Using the reviewer’s name
“Thanks, Sarah!”
Mentioning a visit or treatment
“Glad your cleaning went well.”
Naming a dentist or hygienist
“Dr. Lee loved seeing you.”
What we write instead
Warm thanks to the reviewer, and kind words about your team in general.

How Done for you works

You keep running your office. Your reviews get answered every week.

  1. Add us as a manager on your Google profile

It takes about two minutes from your Google Business Profile settings. You never share a password, and you can remove access at any time.

  2. We answer every new review each week

Happy reviews get a warm thank-you. Complaints get a short apology and your office phone number, so the conversation moves offline.

  3. Every reply is checked before it posts

Each draft is screened for names, treatments, dates, and anything that suggests the reviewer was a patient, then read by a person before it goes live.

Questions offices ask

Is replying to reviews really a HIPAA risk?

It can be. A reply that confirms someone is a patient can be a HIPAA violation, even when the reviewer said so first, and federal regulators have fined a dental practice over its replies to online reviews. The safer approach is to thank the reviewer without confirming they were ever seen.

Do I have to give you my Google password?

No. Google lets a business owner add managers by email from the Business Profile settings. You stay the owner and can remove manager access whenever you like.

What do you say to a bad review?

A brief apology with no details about the person or their care, and an invitation to call your office. That shows future patients you respond, without discussing anything private in public.

Who writes the replies?

Drafts are written with AI and screened against privacy rules automatically. On the Done for you plan, a person reads every reply before it is posted.

Do you keep the reviews I paste into the free tool?

No. The free tool does not save review text or the replies it creates. Your review is used only to write the drafts, then discarded.

Does this make my office HIPAA compliant?

No service can promise that. We write replies designed not to confirm anyone is a patient, and a person reads each one before it posts, but your office is still responsible for its own HIPAA compliance. If you’re unsure about a specific situation, check with your compliance advisor.

What happens after the free trial?

Done for you is $149 a month after the 2-week trial. If you decide it isn’t for you, just reply to any email and we’ll stop.
